Hotel Receivership


The goal of hotel asset management is to advise the client on the market, operations, and financial management of a hotel to help maintain or improve its value.  Dora Hospitality has the knowledge and hotel receivership experience to assist and direct the process of managing distressed assets in transitional circumstances.

We understand both the business and legal aspects of receiving a distressed property by a lender via foreclosure, bankruptcy, or negotiated handovers.  We will work closely with the lender, stabilizing the property and developing a plan to improve the efficiency and the effectiveness of the troubled asset.
