Dora Hospitality's Human Resources Manager works with each hotel General Manager to ensure a safe and secure work environment, where our employees can grow and develop their talents.

  • Development and Implementation of Employee Handbooks, policy and procedure
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration, including employee insurance purchasing and monitoring
  • Compliance with all State and Federal laws
  • Employee records safekeeping and maintenance
  • Training and Counseling on employee issues to minimize legal actions
  • Recent rollout of Internship program to build our internal management bench strength
