Construction administration


We value the "team approach" and work with the architect, engineers, designers, and FFE consultant throughout the initial phase of the project.  The ability to capture precise project information during the design phase allows for a more efficient hotel opening when it comes time to check in the first guest.  We will assist in working through project challenges with the General Contractor to ensure that project momentum and schedules are maintained.  We are involved at every step, to project completion, and will work to expedite the transistion from construction project to an operational hotel.  


Our Construction Administration services include:

  • Square foot construction estimating
  • Plan review for Owner and Brand compliance
  • Coordination with Team Members from project initiation
  • Assist the Owner and Owner's representative in reviewing and executing the Owner/GC Contract
  • Review of Construction Documents and Specification
  • Issue Request for Proposal to General Contractors
  • Provide recommendations on General Contractor selection
  • Administrate weekly or bi-weekly construction progress conference calls
  • Site visits as needed
  • Review of monthly Payment Applications
  • Ongoing review of construction costs and budget compliance
  • Assist and expedite Project Close Out
