Fishers, IN – March 24 2023 – Dora Hospitality LLC, through a partnership with Crosspoint Blvd Hotel Partners, LLC, closed on the 99-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Fishers IN in March of 2023. Located at 10495 Crosspoint Blvd, the Fairfield Inn Fishers IN will operate as a Marriott franchise, managed by Dora Hospitality LLC of Fishers Indiana.
The management team at the property is led by General Manager Patrice Elliott, who has been at the property for several years. Patrice has worked in Hospitality much of her career and has multiple hotel experiences throughout the Indianapolis area. She will continue to work at the hotel alongside Dora Hospitality.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites is located off I-69 and 106th St and is a quick 20-minute drive from downtown Indianapolis. The property offers convenient perks and large rooms and suites. The hotel offers amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, meeting space, free breakfast. Each room is highlighted by premium beds and bedding, flat-screen TVs, coffeemakers, hair dryers, irons, and free Wi-Fi. Nearby landmarks include TopGolf, IKEA, Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center, Keystone Fashion Mall, and Grand-park in Westfield.
