FORT WAYNE, IN (May 14, 2018) – Hilton (NYSE: HLT) is rolling out a game-changing hotel experience, Tru by Hilton, and the first to open in Indiana is going to be managed by the Dora Hospitality Group.
Tru by Hilton is being touted as “a revolutionary new brand that is simplified, spirited, and grounded in value for guests with a zest for life and a desire for human connection” and Hilton anticipates this reinvention of the mid-scale hotel segment will be wildly popular. Hilton CEO Chris Nassetta states that “Tru by Hilton has the potential to become Hilton’s largest brand.” It is certainly the fastest-growing pipeline in the hotel industry: more than 425 Tru hotels are currently in development, an impressive number, especially considering the first Tru hotel (Tru by Hilton Oklahoma City Airport) was opened just 16 months after the concept launched at the Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS). Tru by Hilton Fort Wayne will be one of the first 40 Tru hotels to open across the country.

Located at 5345 Distribution Drive, at the northbound interstate 69 on-ramp from Lima Road, the 92-room Tru by Hilton Fort Wayne is slated to open mid-June 2018.
