Accounting & Reporting

At the accounting level, the mission is to provide accurate and timely completion of all reporting and financial statements, as well as to accurately manage receivables, payables, and insurance. 

Dora Hospitality’s internal team of accountants are not only integral to our success, they also increase the bottom line of our hotel owners by lowering overall administration costs. A few things our in-house accountants take care of:

  • Hotel Annual Budgeting
  • Audit Services
  • Prepare Profit and Loss statements and monthly closing reports
  • Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
  • Monitor accounting-related system reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, and invoices
  • Analyze expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels
  • Ensure expenditure control
  • Recommend, develop, and maintain financial databases
  • Calculate, prepare, and pay all state and local taxes for the property
